前言
看标题就觉得非常的绕了....情况如下：
1. 中国护照上的申根签证已经过期很久了
2. 持有申根国A的临时居住证（ID卡）
3. 从非申根国家入境申根国家B
这种情况下到底要不要重新申请申根签证呢？真的很头大，A国的网站上说ID卡只在本国有效，其他国家请用自己的中国护照.....
另外，最近还要去土耳其和保加利亚，两个都暂时不是申根国，有些条款也需要弄清楚。
入境要求
先说结果，拿着ID卡就能当做是visa了，所有申根国家都可以凭中国护照+申根ID入境
EU的官网中信息如下：

原话：
If you are a non-EU national wishing to visit or travel within the EU, you will need a passport: ..... If you have a valid residence permit from one of those Schengen countries, it is equivalent to a visa.
